I was solicited by their recruiter about this position through LinkedIn. Had a favorable conversation which led to an immediate in person interview that afternoon. The recruiter was extremely excited about my background and fit for the company. I interviewed with two employees and felt that it was going well. A lot of excitement was building around my experience and how we could leverage it to help the implementation team. At one point, one person left and brought the CEO in to meet me because, in his words, “They grabbed me and said I have to come meet this candidate. She is amazing.” Left the interview feeling very positive. Then, I never heard from FileVine again. I followed up the next day with an email and then a second email a week later. They literally ghosted me. It was about the most bizarre and unprofessional experience I have ever had interviewing with a company. I would never work for this group or recommend a colleague to pursue employment with them.
