Figmas recruiters were super responsive and helpful throughout the process. I chatted with a recruiter for the first round, then the hiring manager, did an assignment, and then had a panel. If I had made it past the panel, there would have been an exec interview for the last round. They were super transparent from the beginning on what the entire process would be and even offered to do a feedback call after the rejection. I would definitely be open to interviewing with Figma again.
