Process was informal and information on interview was sent briefly via WhatsApp. Unstructured interview and Director wasn’t able to share an overview of the current restaurants or the role itself. It was a zoom video call but apparently it’s so one way when interviewer decided not to on the camera. It’s a total waste of time and simply no respect for candidate’s time. A word of advice - as much as the company would like candidates to do preparation work prior to interview, the company must too make an effort . F&B is constantly struggling with manpower and yet they don’t make an effort to attract and retain employees.
