I applied online and took a week to get an email for the phone interview. The phone interview was straight forward, and a good experience. I thought I could get the job offer since we talked about how I will be suitable for the position, etc. Anyways, I got an email two days later saying that they choose someone else. Overall a good experience.

overall the interview process was simple, however they did take a few weeks to inform me that I got the job.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome?
Very friendly. Met with both branch and regional manager. Questions were what you expect. They both made you feel very welcome. Atmosphere was what you would expect for a bank.

Pretty standard process. Mainly behavorial/situational questions. Interviewer seemed kind of new to the interviewing process. He read the questions from a printout and wrote my responses in boxes on the paper.
