Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone screening/interview for a week later. After that it took less than a week to receive an email from my recruiter that I was going on to the in person interviews. Due to my schedule I needed to schedule that interview for 2 weeks out. I was to interview with 3 people. I was given clear instructions on who I would speak with and for how long. The people I interviewed with did end up changing the day of but that was okay. It took just a weekend for them to call with an offer. I was able to negotiate pay and accepted the next day. They have you schedule a drug test and background check. Your offer is contingent on those passing. No start date until that is completed.
