Applied, eeceived phone call for phone interview. Invited in for first and second with branch and regional manager. Received offer the next day. Accepted offer and started 2 weeks later

Describe a situation where you had to overcome an obstacle as a team.
If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Entrevista
Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
