On campus interview then they called me flew me out to their office for a second round interview. I got an offer during the office visit. They also took me out to eat with some current employees.
Had an interview over zoom with three attorneys at the firm. Friendly, fair process. Was invited out for an in person interview within the week. They paid for the flight and hotel stay.

The interview is pretty short and only requires a resume, there was no need for a writing sample or transcript. It was pretty conversational, not really getting too deep into the company or the position.
