I applied online then I received an email from the HR for an interview. I got a call from the same HR recruiter for a phone interview and then I was invited for an in-person interview with the branch manager and assistant manager. It took maybe an hour or less.

How did you choose your degree and what is your goal in the future.
First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.
