Had a zoom call, background check, and drug testing. They explain how the process works very well in the emails they send out. The big thing here that was a bit trying is that your resume, unless you were in finance beforehand, is more of a pass fail, and does not necessarily mean anything at all to the company after you join. This is great for if you’re just starting out, but if you come in with 10+ yrs of working experience, it will be a pay cut and you may feel under utilized for at least the first few years.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
