The interview was held with Zoom. There were two interviewers -- a chapter lead from the squad and another person from HR. It took 30 minutes. They did not ask to do the coding challenges.

- What do you know about Fidelity?
- What do you do if you have conflict in your team?
They only asked me questions for 15 mins and I used the rest of the 15 mins for asking questions.
Fairly straight forward and easy process. Questions were mainly behavioral, some low level technical questions. Usually goes in three rounds: HR phone call -> Hiring manager -> Team phone call.

The interviewer was very relaxed and comforting . She aske me if I was comfortable not having any issues till Day. I replied politely and energetically that I was excited for the interview.
