Quite straightforward and to the point. You'll also get to meet the team you are going to work with, even before you have been hired. You might also be shown the products that you might work on so that you can make a better decision on whether you want to join that team.
The interview process was smooth and informative. The team was welcoming, and their questions were engaging, allowing me to showcase my skills. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism throughout the experience.

Entrevista
Fidelity made things fairly easy. I had an up-front call with a recruiter, a screener/get-to-know-you call with a UX manager, and then one round of interviews for a long-term contract position. I met with about 6 people over 3 hours, did a quick portfolio review, nothing too tough. People were friendly, passionate about their work, and all in all a lot more personable and interesting than, frankly, I expected from a very technical team inside a big financial institution.
