Applied online, spoke to HR recruiter who set expectations on likely hood of getting an interview, then had 2 interviews 3 weeks apart, went through extensive background check. Talked about why fidelity, why i wanted this position. I was unsure i was qualified and normally, ive heard they dont hire external candidates.

What gives you confidence you can do this job well? Past experience? Sales process? Client interactions? Very thorough but about an hour each.

It was an easy process. They asked me questions for 20 minutes and that was the end of it. Heard back a week later. I have no other comments. Good luck

Process was easy. Interview with HR followed by interview with hiring manager. The interviews were nice and made me feel comfortable. Good experience overall. Would recommend them as a company

The interview was more of a conversation. The manager wanted to see how well I communicate ideas and to see how polished I was. There were some questions which required more technical replies, but overall, it was just a conversation between two industry professionals.
