1st interview I met with 3 people in the group, each for 45 minutes. The 2nd day I met with 3 other group members. Most of the interviews were more about personality and being able to fit into the group. Only the hiring manager inquired about my background. The company seems a bit stiff, but I think that is common among Fidelity companies.
