Applied and went through two rounds of phone interviews: first with the second manager and second with a hiring consultant. After about two weeks I was called back for an on-site interview. Some of the team were out on business trips, so I had interviewed with four individuals with thirty minute intervals. After two weeks they had made a final decision.
It was good and I felt comfortable about it
They asked me about communication skills and present some challenges I have gotten. I think I did well on it I am looking to hear from them.

Submitted a resume and a few days later they sent me an email stating the next step....HireVue. Questions were general and basic, but it felt strange to do a 1-way video interview. Rejection email came a few days later.
The process was very fast, but I am completely against companies that use 1-way video interviews.

Entrevista
About two weeks after I applied through my university career portal, an HR person emailed me to arrange an interivew. The interview wasn't very hard. I had two 30 minute interviews on campus, and they were great people to talk to. Questions were typical behavioral questions and resume-related questions.

One of the interviewers asked me about the particular project that I worked on during my previous summer internship. That being said, there was no additional question so it wasn't too challenging.
