Phone Screening by HR and online reference check (skills, software capabilities). Invited to One on One interview with hiring manager, which consisted of a general work experience overview and query on technical skills/experience. HR contacted me the next day with the offer. Accepted.

Referred by a friend who spoke highly of its culture. Everyone in this process was so nice. The manager was very kind and cared about me even though I was just one candidate. I think it implies their good culture. Even though I eventually lost to the other candidate who had more relevant experience, I feel positive overall. The senior manager's interview was very chill and relaxing. The analyst asked more technical questions but very basic finance one, and he was friendly even if I was stuterred a little.
