Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) en mar 2012
Entrevista
Had two interviews total. One with an HR rep. He just went over my resume, why Fidelity, what I liked, stuff like that. Second interview was with a project manager and a senior software engineer. Wasnt too bad. Just asked if I knew the basic data structures, what languages I knew, what I hope to gain out of the internship, etc... A little more technical. Received offer the following day.

Only passed the first stage through HireVue. I did it virtually as per the website. If you get through that you would then be chosen to do a phone interview

In the HireVue they asked me why I would be a good fit, what type of OOP programming languages I preferred and about projects I've worked on. They've asked me about Agile and my familiarity with it. They asked me to describe a technical scenario where I got stuck and had to work around it.
