Resume is a second career internship offered by Fidelity to women on break. The interview was fairly simple but the Skill mapping was done very forcefully and ha no science behind the forced fitment. The entire program was handled shoddily. The HR sponsor left within the period leaving all the associates in the lurch. Such programs are a part of the president's D&I initiatives but does not percolate well at BU level as isn't taken seriously. Very bad experience esp for someone who is already experienced and not a fresher
