My Resume was one of 10 resumes selected out of a pool of 2,000 resumes. The interviewing/hiring process involved individual managers and business unit leaders who interviewed us on an individual basis. They asked technical questions about database technologies and programming languages including stored procedures. They appeared to use oracle databases to support their business operations and their specific financing departments.
