Recruiter interaction was thorough with constant communication on the steps ahead.
The interview was well structured through a three person panel in teams. Questions were open ended with specific examples of how you executed your achivements and scenario based questions involving company resources.

I was contacted by a recruiter three weeks after application. The recruiter asked me questions about my experience and relevant to the position. I never heard back from the recruiter after that, although was sent for an interview. My interview was scheduled for one week later based on my availability. The day after my interview, I emailed the HR recruiter for contact information from our interviewees to send thank you emails. The recruiter did not respond and there was no phone number in his initial email. I waited until the following Tuesday and sent a follow-up email. No reply. I had to reach out to the scheduler and ask what was going on because I had not heard anything from the HR recruiter and to my understanding interview notes or something along those lines were supposed to be provided to the application to see how they did. The scheduler forwarded my emails to the HR recruiter and still no response. At this point it was a week later and my application still showed that I had an interview in progress. I send emails to the interviewers and also did not receive a response. Now finally today three weeks later I check the status of my application and it says they are not moving forward. Which is fine because I don’t think I would want to work for a company that has lack of communication between HR and the interviewers. I have interviewed at other companies where the HR recruiter is very transparent and respond in a timely fashion. In addition, I felt that the interviewers were not necessarily paying attention to me and felt like they were working as I could see their faces looking around the screen.
