Entrevista
Got an interview call from a recruitment agency. On the mail ID received a link for Online MCQ which was a screening round. Attempted that from home. After getting shortlisted in that round was called for interview on January 14th for face-to-face rounds of interview.
Reaching at the venue in Unitech tower, a huge number of people were already there. Even being a scheduled drive, a lot of people were called for the process. Contrary to that, the interviewer panel was not sufficient enough for the candidates. Average waiting time for people in getting even first round of interview must be around 2-3 hours. While a number of people were waiting for their first round as much as 4 hours. Interview arrangement was not upto the mark. Interviewer were trying too hard to interview as many people as possible but compared to people called for the drive this was not enough.
First round: Waited for half an hour for first round as I reach early around 10:00 AM which was a simple manager round about what do you do, what is your project i.e. a typical manager round.
Second round: Waited for 1 hour for this second round. Interview was great. I answered all the questions on Java, Spring, Struts, web services and Advanced java. Interviewer was impressed with my answers.
Third Round: waited for 5 hours for this HR round. As HR team was lining up all the people eligible for HR round to start the HR round as an altogether new process. She asked me all HR related questions, filling up the HR form, salary expectations, academics etc. After finishing she told me HR would contact me Monday or Tuesday. But after that I got no response from HR or the consultant. As consultant told me they are interviewing people aggressively. So they don't have any update.
Summary - Appear for interview if you have good patience, going there to eat free lunch, okay to wait for any kind of communication from Company after HR round and don't bother if you don't get a response ever from their side. It would be an experience where you would find incompetent HR and unorganized interview process making you wait for long time without ever letting you know the feedback even after HR round.

Entrevista
The interview process included a Technical and a Managerial Round. Despite clearing the Technical Round, I did not receive any update on the interview result for over a week after the Managerial Round. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
To future candidates: be prepared for potential delays and lack of communication. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s organizational culture and professionalism.

Entrevista
Interview consists of 1 written round (coding), 2 technical interviews and 1 managerial interview. Technical interviews are a little tough. In depth knowledge is required . Be prepared about the projects that you have worked on
Process was transparent.
1 technical online test followed by technical discussion and Manager round.
HR round and salary discussion.
Although I got selected for SAP position and HR confirmed they are releasing offer letter by EOD but didn't. After 2-3 days they asked my referee Although candidates is good in technical and over all thing but they will be able yo hire on low designation for which applied for and with less compensation that was discussed earlier.
I denied.
