Entrevista
I was interviewed three times: 1 brief phone screening, 1 in-person interview, and 1 in-person practical interview. All three times was with the CEO, who was luckily a nice person. I was pleasantly surprised that the CEO was directly handling the hiring aspect. The first two interviews were casual and breezy, the third interview was probably the most intense interview I've ever been asked to do. In hindsight, I probably would not do something similar to this again considering it felt like free work/insight.

The final interview was a Practical Interview. It came with a set of 7 in-depth social media questions I had to complete:
1. Create a MailChimp Campaign on a fictional company
2. Create a Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest page from scratch to promote a fictional business.
3. Create a social media content calendar for one week, mapping out content for each platform.
4. Create a 150 word blog as to why you're the best fit.
5. Create a meme about yourself.
6. Explain in your own words how would set up a social contest to promote an email list.
7. Examin Fidelitas social channels and identify 3 ways they could be improved.

Did a phone interview, group interview followed. Then invited to CEO's house where I was lowballed a salary with promise of promotion, profit sharing, and bonuses. Non of which happened. Getting $100 during December was the most we were given. Which is better than nothing, but after being there throughout the years I was there it was hard to see it as anything more than $8.33 every month.

Would you be open to profit sharing and bonuses in lieu of a higher salary?
