If you have a choice then avoid Fictiv. They are shockingly unprofessional and displayed one of the worst candidate experiences I have encountered. First, when the initial screening round was scheduled, the HR did not show up for 30 minutes. There was no prior communication, no courtesy message, and no explanation for missing the interview. Only after I followed up was the screening rescheduled. Then, when the initial screening went well, I was invited for the first round of interview, which also went really well. I was told they would get back within 2 days or so (there were 2 rounds after this). Instead, there was complete silence. No response, calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and the HR completely ghosted me. I completely understand if they don’t want to move ahead with me, but the level of disrespect, poor communication, and lack of basic professionalism they displayed was completely unacceptable. Candidates invest time, effort, and preparation into these processes, and the least a company can do is communicate honestly and respectfully. Again, if you have a choice then please avoid Fictiv. Based on my experience, they do not value candidates’ time and seem to treat applicants with complete disregard.
