It was a delightful experience. The company adapted the employee-friendly environment which boosted my dopamine. However, it is opposed to adrenaline part. Since, it was a start-up company which focused on cloud based technology, the recites must meet a critical criteria. Furthermore, in my job title, he or she need to be experienced in the field at least 2-3 years with minimum of 5,6 module project which usually categorized as medium to expert projects. Also, he or she needs to be flexible, team-worker and have a solid standing on few catalog of jobs such as data base, IoT and Block-Chain. My, interviewer asked me about these things and I confidently answered them all. Due to my, independent skills, I have been accumulated enough knowledge though out the years. Specially, in the years of COVID, since it was a total quarantine, I have nothing to do but learn and test in real field. They said that I can work with them, but the salary was not enough, in my opinion. It really was. I am not the typical guy who just ignores and share the arrogant personality. However, the salary was 300$ which in my part was not enough to at least live. It is pretty hard to live in Mongolia, because of the economical fluctuation. Everything, I buy can vary depending on the seasonal changes while my salary stayed the same. So, there is no guarantee or assurance for me to life peacefully. Plus, I recently developed a enormous passion in designing. It is not amazing yet, but some designer encouraged me and rated as medium. I am so happy that I found my passion or so it said hobby and willing to do it as a job. I say, I am not a professionalism, but I will say, I am pretty fast-learner and perfectionist. Be there, in 6-7 month in my calculation.
