I was first contacted by email, and had a phone interview. After that, I was brought in to a full day in person interview. I gave an hour presentation of my previous work, and spent the rest of the day meeting people and getting a tour of the facilities. Everyone was very nice, and I really felt like I got a chance to get a feel for the company culture.
