Over the span of 9 weeks, I completed 4 or 5 virtual interviews (several of which were rescheduled at the last minute) including a presentation of a comprehensive mock-event planning assignment. After all that, if I remember correctly, I never heard from them again. 3 years later, and having interviewed with countless companies for similar roles, this is still my worst interview experience to-date.

Long and tyring, multiple tests online and interviews. Overall a challenging process that makes you to give up even tho you are very mtivated. The interview process is also not very aligned with the job and experiences you will get in the company

The interview was difficult in regards to the culmination of the process being the creation of a custom work sample. Although I knew someone at the company, I applied via the website, where the application process began with a skills test, followed by an interview and culminating in a case study presentation. The case study felt a bit heavy handed for a final interview, as it required a fair amount of unpaid work and rescheduling, but was ultimately insightful to my work and the company's expectations.

Some questions discussed included: What permits do you have experience obtaining? What is an example of a project you worked on from beginning to end? What work do you believe is missing from the market? As well as questions specific to the data in the case study presentation.
