Second interview with corporate, hiring manager, and manufacturing engineer. Typical questions about in-coming, in-line, and final inspections. Third interview with a cross functional group within the company in one on one sessions. It was unstructured and there was little prompting from the members. The least attentive interviewers offered statements that they wouldn't be making the hiring decision.
