The interviewer ghosted me after the interview. She blocked me by email and LinkedIn. I had to contact another recruiter at Ferrovial to ask about my process. I have a feeling they were only making the pretence of a hiring process in order to hire someone else via cronyism or nepotism and make it look like that person earned the job fair and square. There's a lot of nepotism in this kind of companies.
