I applied through my college's job portal, and they reached out to me a few days later. I then had an hour-long Google Hangouts interview with two project managers. It was a pretty straight forward interview. A week later I was invited to visit the Charlotte office for an in-person interview. This ended up not really being an interview, but rather more about convincing me to join their company. My prospective manager showed me around and answered some questions, we went out to lunch, and then I spent an hour with the HR manager talking about benefits. I received my offer a day later.
