The initial interview was with the VP of HR. A few days later, I was invited onsite to interview with the Hiring Manager. 10 days after the 2nd interview, I was invited back onsite for a third and final interview. One of the owners that I was supposed to interview with did not show up. The interviews went well but I did not hear from them again until I followed up 2 weeks later. I finally received a response to my email stating the position was closed and they decided not to fill the position at this time. I think a follow up phone call from them would have been a more professional way for me to find out that the job was not being filled.
