Primo contatto telefonico con HR poi incontro via meet dalla durata di 60 minuti con capo reparto test di Ferrari insieme al recruiter. In attesa di un terzo ed ultimo colloquio formale.

Neutral interview made in Maranello even if in Coronavirus time it could be easily done by remote. A way to test your will to work there. They were sincerely interested in my work and asked many questions about. However at the end tried to test my willingness by scaring people saying impossible working hours telling that there are plenty of people who wants to work here.
The last part was not as expected by a big company like Ferrari.
