The interview process was very smooth. I received a call for a phone interview, and was called in the following week for an in person interview at the corporate office. The questions were clear, direct, but challenging, and made me think of how I could potentially fit my background and skills into this new setting. I was able to ask a lot of questions and got great answers as to Ferrara's culture, company performance, and growth opportunities. The interview process provided me with a great insight into what to expect upon taking this role.
