The first step was a self guided, one-way, video and written questionnaire. Interviews are a two way street, so this was already pretty off-putting for me. Its difficult to gauge anything about a company or its process if you aren't directly interacting with a person. Even a screening interview will give you a glimpse into the culture of a company. A few of the questions asked also did not reflect what was stated either in the job description or the job requirements. Overall, very lazy recruiting effort on their part.
