Totally baffling! 1st time (same job) sent in resume, answered questionaire (online), then pre-recorded phone interview (hard to understand). First time made it to this point. I had all the qualifications. Never made it past this point. 2nd time (same job, different location, 3 months later), made to the 'talk to HR' stage. HR seemed to want to know what my questions were? I had none, I had read up on the company, even visited a show room, understood the job. Was told I would be told in one week if I interviewed. I got and email at 7:56 AM saying 'no thanks' I even wrote back if I should re-aply for other postions? I was told 'yes'. I am baffled. Note: the job was open for over a month.... I can't imagine working in a location with a job open for that long.
