Starts off with an automated initial text screening, followed by a short open ended video interview. The third stage was about a 30 minute conversation to basically see if you put any effort into researching the company, and to see if you're easy going. If you have made it to this point the next step would be an in person interview that takes up about half a day. They want to see if you would fit in, and if you listen. The actual interview portion of this day lasts about 45 minutes and was intense. (I had 9 people interviewing me at once.) I received an offer that same day.
