Pretty low key interview process. Not too many questions and not many difficult questions. Phone first with human resources followed by a visit to the Hollywood office. Most people were nice.

Had a phone interview for a high-level marketing role. The recruiter, while very friendly, was 40 minutes late for the interview. The interview itself was very structured with a long list of various marketing-related questions and compensation expectations. The interview was more of a phone screen, with the interviewer typing as I spoke about my experience. The recruiter's communication post-interview was poor and did not meet her commitments to following up nor did she respond to emails. Overall they gave the impression that it is a very disorganized place to work.
