The interview process had several well-structured phases: Initial HR Call: A 20–30 minute conversation with a recruiter to review my background, discuss the role, and assess general interest and fit. Interview with Operations Manager: A behavioral interview that focused on my past experience, how I approach challenges, and how I collaborate within a team setting. Case Study Presentation + Panel Interview: I was asked to prepare and present a case study, followed by a series of interviews with various team members. This stage evaluated both my analytical thinking and communication skills. Final Interview with Line Manager: A more strategic discussion about long-term goals, alignment with company values, and an opportunity to ask final questions. The overall process was long but very thoughtfully designed. Despite the multiple stages, the team moved quickly and was very agile between rounds—so it felt both comprehensive and fast-paced at the same time.

The interview process had multiple steps and the technical part was very complete and difficult but it crossed a lot of areas of Project Management. The quality validation of the candidates is very good.
