It was several short questions, followed by commitments that were not met, and phone numbers that could not be connected. I understand this is a trying time for the USA, but the lack of response was disappointing from a company with their mission.

Very brief chat with hiring manager and then short panel interview. Both went well and I was told I would hear from hiring manager in a week. After three weeks with no word, emailing them twice and receiving no response I asked HR who said, oops, sorry, we were busy and we picked someone else. This has happened at least once previously according to other recent reviews on their Glassdoor page.

Organized gracious scheduling through. Diverse panels with varied staff and tenure. Thoughtful and broad Qs. Quick follow up. If anything, both interviews were on the short side but an overall dignified and modern experience.

In a feedback debriefing after the interview process, they earnestly asked what the process was like for me, the interviewee, and how it could be improved. That speaks volumes.
