The interview process was as straightforward as they come. First, an initial phone interview. That was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. When this was completed, I returned for an interview with two more members of the staff on separate days. Once the process was complete, I spoke again to the hiring manager, then to HR who contacted references, performed a background check and offered a position.
