Had a roughly 60-minute phone interview with the VP of HR/Operations. It was scheduled through a member of the HR team. The interview went well they expressed, so I was told I would hear back on the next steps after a couple days. They mainly went over the company background, growth, and my background. I sent a couple of follow ups to both members of the team asking about next steps, as well as a thank you note to both the VP and HR Generalist. It seemed like a great company and role, but I never heard a word after the interview. The team is small and understandably very busy, however an email update is better than nothing.
