Very long interview process. Multiple first step interviews which were spent getting to know myself and the district manager. Shadowed a current marketing representative on two separate occasions. After this I had dinner with the DM, his wife, myself, and my significant other. I was then interviewed by the regional manager, and finally once more by the director of field operations. Around 7 or 8 total interviews spread out over the course of 6-8 months. They really want people who are committed and in it for the long haul.

Great company and great interview. They have everything planned out and they do not skip any steps in the interview process. They were all very nice and professional and I would recommend this company.
