Met with VP in person after the phone interview. Very nice and honest interview. Setting up second interview now. Very nice and upfront about job duties. Asked honest questions and were open to making a plan that worked for us both.

Great conversation. We got all the way to the end before they told me about their policy on hair length. It would have really helped to not waste either of our time if it was in the job description when I applied.
