Recruiting is followed by a 3rd party/recruiting external company. The number of filters with FedEx people (3 to 4) is reasonable, but they start collecting personal documents and background so early, even when the candidate hasn't been selected as a "finalist", which generates unnecesary bothers to candidates that won't be seriously considered for the final stages of the recruiting process. My only issue about their hiring process is that they do not provide any kind of feedback: I reached the final stages, with medical tests and an English certification test, and -per the recruiter company- I had only one more interview till the final decision, but suddenly I didn't hear further from them anymore; tried to get any updates, but simply I was just ghosted.
