What sets you apart from others that makes you a viable candidate for this role?
Remote phone call, basic scripted questions. Slightly repetitious, but only lasts about 30 minutes. Driven by the candidate. One-on-one setting generally. Usually performed by the hiring manager, but sometimes the department lead.

Diversity in the work place, describe a situation you had to navigate with someone with whom you wouldn't normally work with, and what was the outcome.
30 min interview with a hiring manager, asked a bunch of behavioral questions- e.g why FedEx, what are your previous roles etc..people are nice here, but have some pressure test
