Process was good.but there is no communication on the status even after 10 days.could be better if they communicate it so that candidates doesn't keep waiting for it.it was mostly based on STAR approach

Initial phone screen plus panel interview with PowerPoint presentation. Roughly 60-75 minutes per interview. 2-3 week timeframe to complete both. The process was smooth up until the point of obtaining feedback from HR or hiring manager. I was told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. Despite reaching out to HR twice and the hiring manager once ( 3 weeks later), they still haven’t had the common decency to even acknowledge me to tell me I didn’t get it. Very inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Whether it matches FedEx culture or not. find out the latest big projects. big on integrating systems of different companies as that's how FedEx grows
