Great experience with overall interview process and the next steps. Company uses STAR method and recommend to use to be selected as a top candidate. Network and ask for a referral! Hundreds apply for the same job and it’s difficult to get your foot in the door without.

First interview took about an out and the interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was more of a conversation than a interview. I got to ask all the questions I had and was offered a second interview.
