the process is long and involves a lot of waiting common, is a small panel style interview with the Senior HR Rep. and the Asst. Hub Manager and sometimes The sort Manager. the interview its self is a Personality based interview. with no place for skills or exp. in the field 100% Personality based. college education is not going to get you any extra credit here either.
