Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Toledo, OH) en mar 2015

So...you have to sign up for a Sort Observation. Which is hard to figure out how to do if you don't actually come across an advertisment for the job. Went in, toured the facility and saw what they expected us to do. After the tour you could fill out an application online (they had computers for your use), we had the interview right away. I was asked all the bare minimum questions. Signed a waiver to get a back ground check. They called me a week later with my start date...I was in my first day of Training less than two weeks after the observation.

They basically wanted to know my job history and duties of each job.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

“What shifts/hours are you available to work?” or “Can you work early mornings/nights/weekends?”
