It was a video recording interview. You had to record yourself answering questions. It was about 7 questions. You had to download the Spark App. They only give you 3 days to complete it.

Entrevista
The interview process was very easy a straightforward. I Applied online, then had 20 min phone interview scheduled that ended only being 7 minutes. I was asked about past job experiences, and 2 situational questions. I received my offer by email the next morning.

Was interviewed and hired same day which was a plus. Recruiter was easy to get in touch with, but I took an offer, have a start date, but no actual schedule.

It took about 3 months to get an interview with the company. The manager I spoke with was very professional. Heard back within a week on if I had the job or not.
