Schedule a dock tour. Take dock tour. Come back when they call you for an interview. You go in they tell you the job duties and ask if you can perform them. Simplest interview in the world. It's comfortable. They don't try to impose or act like they're above you. It's just person to person.

There were not very many questions at all. Mostly just can you do this job? You answer yes and go on your merry way.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
