Interview consisted of behavioral questions and scenarios. A driving knowledge test (online) also needed to be taken and passed. The test was worded in a weird way that makes the questions confusing at times, rewording the questions will allow you to better understand what answer is the right one to pick.

I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
